ARCS’ main office is located in Kingston, Ontario. However, we work with expectant parents throughout Ontario. In some areas, ARCS has established birthparent counseling centers, providing adoption information, support and counseling for expectant parents.

ARCS is open Monday through Thursday from 9AM to 4 PM. Our Kingston office is located at 162 Phillips Street, Kingston, Ontario K7M 2Z8.
